Short title and commencement. -(1) This Act may be called the Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Salaries and Allowances) (Amendment) Act, 2023.

  1. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Lieutenant Governor may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
