Right of citizen to obtain time bound delivery of services

Every citizen shall have the right to obtain the citizen related services in Delhi in accordance with this Act within the time bound period as stipulated in the Schedule: Provided that the Government shall be entitled to amend and revise the Schedule from time to time by notification.
