Accounts and Audit

(1) the Commission shall maintain accounts and other records and shall cause to be prepared an annual statement of accounts in such form as may be prescribed. (2) The accounts of the Commission shall be audited by the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India, or by any officer authorised by him in this behalf. (3) The copies of annual statement of accounts of the Commission together with the audit report thereon shall be forwarded to the Government. (4) A copy of the annual statement of accounts of the Commission together with the audit report thereon received by the Government under sub-section (3) shall be laid before the House of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
