Certain offences to be cognizable

Statutory text
Notwithstanding anything contained in section 29 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (II of 1974), any offence under clause (i) or clause (iii) of sub-section (1) of section 34, shall be deemed to be a cognizable offence within the meaning of that Code.
