Explanation:, For the purposes of this section “Export” means to take out of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu otherwise than across a customs frontier.

Government trophies Any game found dead or killed without a licence in defence of life or property or by mistake or any game or trophy in respect of which a breach of the provisions of this Act has been committed, shall be a Government trophy and the property of the Government of Goa, Daman and Diu.
