The Goa, Daman and Diu (Extension of the Powers of Attorney Act) Act, 1980 (Act No. 10 of 1980) [9-7-1980] AN ACT to provide for the extension of the Powers of Attorney Act, 1882 to the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa, Daman and Diu in the Thirty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
