Delegation of powers of Administrator and Registrar

The Administrator may, by notification, and subject to such conditions, as it may think fit to impose, delegate—

1. (a) any power exercisable by him under this Regulation except the power under sub-section (1) of section 136 and section 12 thereof to the Registrar;
2. (b) all or any of the powers of the Registrar under this Regulation to any Committee constituted or to any co-operative federal society recognised under section 101 or to an officer of such society or to any panchayat constituted under any law relating to panchayats for the time being in force in the Union territory.
