Chapter I PRELIMINARY
Statutory text
- (1) This Regulation may be called the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Co-operative Societies Regulation, 2024.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date, as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
