Constitution of Board

(1) The Board shall consist of a Chairman who shall be the Secretary Labour Department and a Vice-Chairman who shall be the Commissioner, Labour and of the following members appointed by the Government, namely:- a. Such number of representatives of employers and employees as may be prescribed: Provided that both employers and employees shall have equal representation on the Board; (b) ; and (c) such number of officials and non-officials as may be prescribed. (2) The appointment of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and the members shall be notified.
