CHHATTISGARH ACT (No. 15 of 2018) THE CHHATTISGARH VISHWAVIDYALAYA (SANSHODHAN) ADHINIYAM, 2018 An Actto further amend the Chhattisgarh Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 22 of1973). Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-ninth Year ofthe Republic of India, as follows:- Short title, extent and commencement. I. (1) (2) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Vishwavidyalaya (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam,2018. It shall extends to the whole State ofChhattisgarh.
3. (3) It shall come into force from the date ofits publication in the Official Gazette. ,.
