This Act fixes the salaries and allowances of members of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly. It provides for their salary, constituency allowance, free travel by State Transport, travelling and daily allowances, medical treatment, and residence, telephone and staff facilities, with the amounts set out in the Schedule.
