In proviso (iv) of sub-clause (g) of section 2 of the Principal Act the words "the Chairman" shall be substituted by the words "the President".

Amendment of Section 7 In the Principal Act, in Section 7,-

1. (1) in sub-section (1), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "twenty five thousand rupees" shall be substituted; and
2. (2) in sub-section (3), before the words "by the sanction" and after the words "show cause", the words "within thirty days" shall be inserted.
