Recognition of Paramedical qualifications in certain cases

24. Where any paramedical institution is established or any paramedical institution opens a new or higher course of study except with the previous permission of The State Government in accordance with the provisions of this Act, no paramedical qualification granted to any student of such paramedical institution shall be a recognized qualification.
