Chapter II ESTABLISHMENT AND CONSTITUTION OF CHHATTISGARH PARAMEDICAL COUNCIL

Statutory text

10. (1) Minister for Public Health, Family Welfare and Medical Education, shall be ex-officio President of the Council.

  1. (2) Director Medical Education shall be ex-officio Vice-President of the Council.
  2. (3) The President and Vice-President shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by this Act or regulations there under.
