Amendment of Section 6

For sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Chhattisgarh Rent Control Act, 2011 (No. 19 of 2012), the following shall be substituted, namely:-"(2) The State Government shall appoint the Chairman of the Rent Control Tribunal who shall be a serving or retired District Judge not below the rank of Super Time Scale."
