  1. (1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed by the Rent Controller may prefer an appeal to the Rent Control Tribunal within thirty days from the date of the order, and the Rent Control Tribunal may, for the reasons to be recorded in writing, allow such appeal after hearing the parties.
  2. (2) The Rent Control Tribunal shall, while hearing an appeal under sub-section (1), follow such procedure as may be prescribed.
