Power to enter and inspect

The Authorized Officer or any police officer not below the rank of Sub-Inspector may at any reasonable time enter and inspect any premises where acid is stored, sold, or used. Every person-in-charge of the industry or any institution purchasing acid under this Act shall be responsible for the utilization, storage and disposal of the acid and shall comply with the provisions of Section 8.
