Statutory text
- (1) This Adhiniyam may be called the Chhattisgarh Rajya Prashasnik Adhik (Lambit Avam Nirakrit Avecdano Ka Antaran) Adhin1yam. 2004.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh.
- (3) It shall come into force fron the date of its publication in the ofiIcial Gazele.
