The Chhattisgarh Rajya Prashasnik Adhikaran (Lambit Avam Nirakrit) Act, 2004

This law transfers court cases related to hiring people for government jobs in Chhattisgarh back to the state's own courts. Previously, these recruitment disputes were handled by the Madhya Pradesh State Administrative Tribunal. The Act moves all pending and already decided cases from that tribunal to the High Court of Chhattisgarh or the relevant civil courts. This change ensures that disputes over state civil service appointments are resolved locally within Chhattisgarh rather than by an external tribunal.
