Short title, extent and commencement. 1 -
- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj (Sansodhan) Adhiniyam, 2008.
- (2) It extends to the whole of State of Chhattisgarh.
- (3) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
