Insertion of Section 5

After Section

1. (1) of Section 5 of the Chhattisgarh Mantri (Vetan Tatha Bhatta) Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 25 of 1972) (Which is hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act) before the proviso of above Section the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :- " Provided that some portion of the Official residence of every Minister, Minister of State, Deputy Minister and Parliamentary Secretary not being used as a residence on them and their family members may be declared as the residential office."
