Service of notice and order

Any notice or order which is to be served on any person under the provisions of this Act may be served in the manner which may be prescribed. The castration shall be performed or caused to be performed in such manner as may be prescribed and the owner or person in charge of the bull shall render all reasonable assistance to the Live-stock Officer in the performance of such castration.
