Officers and authorities to have due regard to suggestions given by Committees

The officers and authorities competent to exercise powers under any Act or perform other duties in relation to the schemes specified in the Second Schedule shall in exercise of such powers or performance of such duties have due regard to the suggestions given by the Committees constituted under this Act.
