Definitions

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) [x x x] (b) [x x x] (c) "block" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (i) of Section 2 of the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 (No. 1 of 1994). (d) "committee" means a State Level Committee, District Level Committee, Block Level Committee or an Urban Committee, as the case may be, constituted, under Section 3. (dd) [x x x] (ddd) [x x x] (e) "twenty point programme" means twenty point programme which was placed on the table of both Houses of Parliament by the Central Minister of Programme Implementation on 20th August, 1986 and listed in the First Schedule.
