In Section 64 of the Principal Act, after the words "the President, Vice-president, the members, the officers and other servants of the Board", the words "and the Director" shall be inserted.

Amendment of Section 65 In Section 65 of the Principal Act, -

1. (1) in sub-section (1), after the words "Managing Director", the words "or Director" shall be inserted.
2. (2) after sub-section (2), the following shall be inserted, namely:- "(2-a) The Director may delegate to any officer any of the powers conferred on him by or under this Act."
3. (3) in sub-section (3), for the words "Managing Director", the word "Director" shall be substituted.
