Amendment of Section 41

For clause

1. (j) and clause
2. (q) of sub-section

1. (1) of Section 41 of the principal Act, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
   • (j) Two members of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly, out of which one shall be woman, nominated in consultation with the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly ;
   • (q) Three Chairmen of market Committees, out of which one shall be woman."
