The Chhattisgarh Kamadhenu University (Amendment) Act, 2020

1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2020.
2. (2) It shall extend to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.
3. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011 (No. 2l of 2011),-

1. (i) in Section 1, for sub-section (1), the following shall be substituted, namely :- '( 1 ) This Act may be called the Dau Shri Vasudev Chandrakar Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011.-
2. (ii) for the words "Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu", wherever they occur, the words "Dau Shri Vasudev Chandrakar Kamdhenu" shall be substituted.
