Statutory text
- (1) If any difficulty anses in g1vmg effect to the provisions of the Act, the State Government may. by order pubished in the Official Gazette, make such provi- sions not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act as may be deemed necessary for removing the difficulty. Provided that no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the commencement of the Act. (2) Every order made under this section shall be laid, before the State Legislature.
