Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Amendment) Act, 2020. (2) It shall extend to the whole State of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force with retrospective effect from the 1st day of March, 2020.
