Issue of Rs. 1,05,55,12,44,000 out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh for the financial year 2004-2005

From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (3) of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate inclusive of the sums specified in column (3) of the Schedule to the sum of Rs. 1,05,55,12,44,000 towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 2004-2005 in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule. From and o.ut of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Chhattisgarh there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (3) of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sums of [ including the sums those specified in column (3) of the schedule of the Chhattisgarh Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act, 2004 ] Ten Thqusand Five Hundred Fifty Five Crore Twelve Lakhs Forty Four Thousand Rupees towards defraying the several charges which wW come in the course of payment during the financial year 2004-2005 in respect of services specified in column (2) of the schedule.
