Repeal

The Ancient Monuments Preservation Act, I 904 (VII of 1904 ), in its application to the State of Madhya Pradesh shall cease to have effect in relation to ancient and historical monuments, archaeological sites and remains and all other matters pertaining thereto to which this Act applies, except as respect~ things done or omitted to be done before the commencement of this Act.
