Repeal and Savings

(ii) any penalty, forfeiture or judgment incurred in respect of any offence committed against at so repealed or (iii) any investigation, legal or remedy in respect of any penalty, Forfeiture or punishment aforesaid ; and any such investigation, legal proceedings or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced, and any such penalty for more or punishment may be imposed as if this Act had not been posed.
