Short title, extent and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Agricultural cattle Preservation Act, 2004.

1. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh.
2. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
