POWERS OF THE DIRECTOR

The Director shall be the Head of the Institution and shall be at par with the Head of the department in Government Offices. The Director shall exercise all the powers of the Heads of Department as laid down in the Punjab Financial Rules and Punjab Civil Services Rules.
