The Finance Committee

(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following persons, namely:— (a) the Chancellor or his nominee, Chairman; (b) the Vice-Chancellor, Member; (c) one Dean or Director of the University, Member; and (d) two members of the Trust, to be nominated by the Trust, Members.

(2) The Finance Officer shall be the Member-Secretary of the Finance Committee.

(3) The Finance Committee shall advise the University on the financial matters as and when required.
