Officers to be Public Servants.-All officers and persons empowered to exercise any powers or to perform any functions under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of sub-section 28of section-2 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Act 45 of 2023).
