Amendment of section 13A of Bihar Act, 11 of 1995.- In the Nalanda Open

University Act 1995 (Bihar Act 11, 1995) sub section (1) of Section 13A shall be substituted by the following namely :-

"(1) The Pro Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Chancellor in consultation with the State Government in the same manner as prescribed for appointment of Vice-Chancellor."
