Amendment in Section- 19 of the Bihar Act 24, 2006. - Clause (IV) of sub-section (1) of Section 19 of the said Act 2006 shall be substituted by the following:- “(IV) The Vice Chancellor shall hold office for a term of 5 (five) years from the date on which he holds his/her office, or till he/she attains the age of 75 (seventy five) years, whichever is earlier, and he/she shall be eligible for re-appointment for further term till he/she attains the age of 75(seventy five) years.” fcgkj&jkT;iky ds vkns'k ls] fouksn dqekj flUgk] ljdkj ds lfpoA ———— अधी/क, सिचवालय मुिणालय, ?बहार, पटना ?ारा ूकािशत एवं मु5ित।
