This Act sets up Aryabhatta Knowledge University in Bihar, which oversees technical, medical, management and related professional education in the State. It sets out the University's officers, including the Vice-Chancellor, Dean, Registrar and Finance Officer, and its authorities such as the Court and Executive Council. The University is open to all persons, and the Act has been amended to revise several of its provisions.
