If any difference appears in Hindi Version and English Version of this Act, the Hindi Version shall has overriding effect.

Resedue Matters Resedue Matters I- All/any resedue matters related to this Act shall be disposed off by the State Government (General Administration Department) according to the provisions of this Act.
