[Bihar Act 2, 2017] Bihar State Street Vendors (Protection of livelihood and regulation of trade) (Repeal) Act, 2016. AN ACT

To repeal the Bihar State Street Vendors (Protection of livelihood and regulation of trade ) Act, 2012.

Be it enacted by the legislature of the state of Bihar in the sixty seventh year of the Republic of India as follows :-

(1) This Act may be called the Bihar State Street Vendors (Protection of livelihood and regulation of trade ) (Repeal) Act, 2016

1. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
2. (3) It shall come into force at once.
