Short title, extent and commencement.-
- (1) This Act may be called Bihar State Minorities Commission (Amendment) Act, 2024.
- (2) This Act shall extend to the whole State of Bihar.
- (3) This Act shall come into force immediately on publication in Bihar gazette.
