Government, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for the purposes of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.

Repeal and saving Repeal and saving. -

1. (1) The Bihar State Advocates’ Welfare Fund Ordinance, 1983 (Bihar Ordinance No. 10 of 1983) is hereby repealed.
2. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in respect of any or any powers conferred by or under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken in exercise of powers conferred by or under this Act as this Act were in force on the day on which such thing or action was done or not.
