Amendment in section 6 of the Bihar Act, 18 of 2002

Amendment in section 6 of the Bihar Act, 18 of 2002 - sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act shall be substituted by the following :- "(1) The Competent Authority shall assess to deposit liabilities and the assets of the financial establishment and submit the statement thereof to the Designated Court, within 30 days of the order under section 4(1)."
