- (1) The State Government shall have power to make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act, if required.
- (2) The commission may frame regulations for publication of advertisement, conduction of written examinations, personality test/viva-voce test, publication of result and other selection procedures, if any, with prior approval of State Government .
