No payment to be made under Section 32 or 32A unless affidavit sworn

No part of the compensation shall be paid under Section 32 or Section 32A unless the person concerned swears at the time of receiving payment an affidavit declaring that he has not received any compensation under this Act from any other Compensation Officer and files the same before the Compensation Officer: Provided that no such affidavit shall be necessary where the amount of compensation payable is less than rupees five hundred.
