Short Title, extent and commencement. -
- (1) This Act may be called "The Bihar (In admission in Educational Institutions) Reservation (Amendment) Act, 2023".
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar.
- (3) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
