Provided further that every order made under this section shall be laid, as soon as it is made, before each House of Legislature.

Transitional provisions Transitory Provisions.— Notwithstanding anything contained in this Bill or the regulations, any student of a college or institution affiliated to other University, who immediately before the date of affiliation to the University, was studying or was eligible for any examination of the other Universities shall be permitted to complete this course in preparation thereof and the University shall provide for such period and in such manner as may be prescribed for the instruction, teaching, training and examination of such students in accordance with the course of studies of the other University.
