Statutory text

(1) The coaching institutes shall take steps for mental well being of the students and conduct classes without putting undue pressure on its students. They shall establish mechanism for immediate intervention to provide targeted and sustained assistance to students in distress and stressful situation.
(2) The coaching institute shall engage counselors and experienced psychologists to counsel and provide psychotherapeutic service to students for the resolution of mental stress and depression in such manner as may be prescribed.
