Meaning of Sponsor

(34) "Sponsor" means The Swastik Educational Trust, New Delhi; (1) The Board of Governors may make new additional Rules or amend or repeal the Rules with the approval of Visitor; (2) The Visitor shall approve the Statute, rules, ordinances, amendment, additional and deletion as and when there is a charige.
